How to use?
MindSoothe is presented in a compact and convenient capsule form which may be administered based on the prescribed dosage below.
What is the Dosage?
- Recommended dosage for Adults is 2 capsules in the morning and another 2 at night time. The dosage may be increased to 2 capsules, taken 3 times daily (in times of urgent need) until such time that the desired effect is
attained.
- For teenagers 16 to 18 years of age, recommended dosage is 1 capsule in the morning and another 2 at night time.
- For teenagers 12 to 15 years of age, recommended dosage is 1 capsule in the morning and another capsule at night.
- Caution: MindSoothe should not be taken concurrently with antidepressants nor is the formula recommended for use during pregnancy, when breastfeeding or for individuals with uncontrollably elevated blood pressure levels.
How long will a bottle last?
A bottle of MindSoothe will last for an estimated 15 to 30 number of days depending on dosage of use.
What are the expected results?
Consistent intake of the formula for a period of 6 months is recommended to prevent relapse and to attain its maximum health benefits as well. Note that MindSoothe is non-addictive and use should be complemented by a healthy lifestyle in terms of diet, health and fitness. Be aware that lifestyle factors play an important role in the overall maintenance of healthy emotions and balanced moods.
Nonetheless, expect positive effects within 3 to 5 of weeks of regular use, although some people tend to respond sooner while other individuals would benefit indefinitely from consistent support of brain and mood functions.
