United States Postal Service and FedEx are the primary agencies My Herbal Remedy Store uses for shipping.

My Herbal Remedy Store will utilize the shipping agency that is best for each location. If a customer wants their products shipped using something other than Ground Shipping, or if they live anywhere outside the 48 states, they are responsible for all charges that may apply. Any order over 70lbs and outside the domestic 48 states may be subject to additional charges that are not represented in the ordering form.

Returns

All our products come with a "100% 30-Day Unconditional Money Back Guarantee".

We can offer this because we are certain that you will be completely satisfied with our wonderful, natural products.

Simply try our products. If you are not completely satisfied - for any reason - return the product to us within 30 days for a complete refund less shipping fees.

Please ship any used and unused portions of the products with their original containers, plus your name and invoice or order number, via prepaid USPS.

Please Note: I'm sure you will understand we need to limit complete refunds to orders of $200 or less. For larger orders (above $75) there is a nominal 25% restocking fee.

Lastly, please note that refunds only include the price of the product, not shipping. And - if your product qualified for free shipping, your refund will be reduced by our fixed shipping rate (currently $6).
